The RGB sorting system mimics the human eye's ability to perceive color by detecting three primary wavelengths: red, green, and blue. Utilizing high-resolution cameras capable of recognizing 16 million colors, the system effectively identifies and removes defects in products. Just like the human eye, it can detect even the smallest color deviations, ensuring that only items meeting strict quality standards are accepted. Sorting Of Colour Size And Shape

Both the human eye and the RGB detect colour through three wavelengths (red, green and blue), allowing the sorter to match the eye’s ability to see true colour. RGB uses 16 million colour, high-resolution cameras and long lasting LED lighting to detect and remove defects. It works like the human eye – the smallest colour deviations are identified and rejected. It also uses size and shape sorting to remove challenging defects of the same colour.

After extensive research and development by our engineering team, and listening to customer requirements, It is now fully integrated with size and shape sorting technology.

It is able to distinguish acceptable product from same-colour reject contamination. The proprietary, advanced algorithm software and technology takes the industry-standard platform and extends it to the next level. The majority of defects can be seen with the custom full-colour RGB cameras, but for tough-to-see foreign material, the size and shape software provides additional assurance.

MIR (Multi-wavelength Infrared) optical sorter uses numerous bands of IR to detect to remove the highest level of foreign material and other rejects that colour and shape may not detect. The MIR is an excellent choice for superior sorting performance from a high-level, high-capacity infrared sorting platform.

Optical Belt Sorter

Pellet Sorter,

Our extensive color sorting experience to develop the Pellet Sorter, an optical sorter specifically designed to sort plastic pellets. Raw materials are fed at a carefully controlled rate to the conveyer belt, where a line of high resolution line scan cameras inspect each individual pellet. Signals from the cameras are amplified and processed to identify the targeted defects. Once identified, the objectionable pellets are removed from the acceptable stream with precise air blasts from the appropriate high speed air ejector. This machine features a two-stage sorting system, increasing the purity and quality of your product and maximizing its value.

Plastic pellets (diameter, nominally 3mm, cylindrical or hemispheric shape)

· Full Colour Cameras: The machine is equipped with latest full colour cameras which allow the sorter to match the eye’s ability to see true colour. Even the smallest colour differences are identified and rejected.

· Near Infrared (NIR) Camera: The NIR camera detects inorganic foreign material such as stones, plastic, glass and other items that have a similar colour to the accept product. Impurities such as glass, plastic and stones which have the same colour as the accept material cannot always be detected by a full colour camera. It is a compact, full colour RGB optical sorter ideal for small and medium size applications. It incorporates advanced digital image processing software and automatic image adjustment functions allowing accurate sorting of a wide range of product types. It uses long life, low energy consumption lighting that uniformly illuminates the product, with an average lifespan of up to 20,000 hours. It features a direct power supply to a single phase outlet.

It is not only ideal for pre-production, laboratory use and research and development — but it is also a world-class sorter for full scale production up to 4,000 pounds per hour.

The cascade and feeder version. The two versions mainly differ in regard to how the incoming product flows through the machine. In the cascade version, the product free flows by gravity through a cut gate system.
